After registering at https://PreventCovidU.org, you’ll be emailed instructions at the registered email address for scheduling a virtual appointment to speak with a study coordinator.
After scheduling the appointment, a coordinator will email you with a Zoom link for the visit, as well as a copy of the Informed Consent for your review (you don’t need to sign this copy).
During the video call, the coordinator will review any questions you may have about the study, and if you decide to join the study, you’ll complete an electronic consent form.
Completed Step 1? Check.
Completed the eligibility questionnaire in the phone app? Check.
Study eligibility verified by study coordinator? Check.
When we’re ready to start the enrollment appointments, the study coordinator will email you with instructions to schedule.
Appointments will be available Monday-Friday, and check-in will be located at Murray’s Place, on the second floor of the Student Health Services (SHS) building.
The study isn’t run by SHS, so come find us at side entrance, at the north west side of the building.
If you’ve been randomized to the Immediate Vaccination arm, you’ll get your first dose the same week (but not the same day) as your first in-person visit.
For those on the Delayed Vaccination arm, you’ll receive your first dose in four months.
